Adaptive Leadership

About This Course

Relationships and processes in the workplace may be challenging at times. Have you ever been stuck with an issue that refuses to go away despite your best efforts? Adaptive Leadership can assist in the resolution of challenges where seemingly obvious solutions linger or encounter unanticipated opposition.

Adaptive leadership has many advantages, the most important of which is the ability to pivot and alter direction when the situation calls for it. At every level, project leaders are forced to be more responsive to unforeseen market changes, more resilient to unpredictable disruptions, and more adaptable to situations where what “has always worked” no longer does.

In Leex’s “Adaptive Leadership” course, you will identify a leadership challenge in your life and use the tools and techniques from Adaptive Leadership to make progress. The Adaptive Leadership approach equips participants with the skills they need to lead change in times of uncertainty in an increasingly complex world.
