We are looking for part-time event specialists to engage customers by organizing training events to deliver wow to our clients. If you have experience in  services and/or customer service or simply enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you!

This role requires a responsible and detail oriented individual. Customer service, a keen understanding of technology, and an interest in thriving in a deadline driven environment are critical components of this role.

Things to consider:

• Entry level position
• Events are typically 4 hours a day taking place at various times (often morning hours) from Thursday – Sunday
  ◦ Average employee works 4-5 hours each day per week, dependent on Event availability.
• Based on location, there may be availability for extra shifts throughout the week.

What You’ll Do:

• Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner with management and customers (Mid to C-level professional – EMEA region)
• Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales
• Assess customers’ needs and interests to best recommend training programs
• Set up, organize or break down, training environment 
• Develop positive relationships with the hotel staff
• Timely completion of all paperwork, and on-going training
