About This Course

Leaders plan and organize the actions of others to achieve their business objectives. This Business Planning & Strategy course provides an overview of the strategy and the planning, covering management methods and key considerations in implementing successful strategies.

You learn about leaders’ planning roles by identifying and organizing the resources needed for employee productivity and meeting fixed targets – such as employees, finances, operations and equipment. As well as establishing corporate strategy and long-term goals, leaders often develop short-term interim goals to focus the operations of a firm and guide their employees. This training program is designed to help you develop and build the essential business, academic, and cultural skills necessary to succeed in international business, or in further study.

Requirements

  • For a smooth learning experience (Online Courses), participants must have basic computer skills and a computer with a reliable Internet connection and speakers.
  • Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of procurement practices in the public or private sector and a solid command of the English language.
