This HR Analytics program focuses on how employees make strategic management decisions and utilize technology to increase organizational productivity and how performance and procedures are evaluated. The main objective of this course is the quantitative and qualitative techniques and procedures used for the evaluation, presentation, and communication of data (big and small).
