The Voice of the Leader
About This Course
Sharing your vision in a way that sticks, influencing without authority, building your brand, mentoring a colleague through a challenge, rallying demoralized employees, working the room at an industry event, and running meetings in ways that elicit candid conversation and learning are all part of the job of a leader.
So much of how our coworkers see us is formed via regular team meetings, coaching one-on-ones, conference panels/speeches, and everyday unplanned interactions.
The purpose of The Voice of the Leader training course is to introduce you to principles and best practices while also providing a safe place to practice.
While you will have opportunity to practice numerous forms of public speaking, this class will also analyze frameworks and the problems of various sorts of communication.
There are many communication specialists in the world: salespeople, performers, screenwriters, political speechwriters, trainers, networkers, public relations gurus, diplomats, and so on.
When we watch an expert in action, we are driven to attribute their success to a supernatural ability that the rest of us lack. However, what looks to be spontaneous fluency is frequently the result of applying known and proved methods and tools, as well as focused practice.
