Introduction to Instructor Selection
Thank you for applying to become a trainer/instructor for Learning Experience International (Leex). The process to become a Learning Experience International (Leex) trainer/instructor comprises four stages:
- Completion of the application form
- Preparing your CV in our format / Sending your Cv
- Introduction Meeting
- Evaluation Process
- Time Limited/ Project Based Contract
As this is a selection process, we cannot guarantee that you will reach stage 3, 4 or 5.

Criteria
We will evaluate potential trainers/instructors at Stage 1 of the process according to the following broad criteria:
- General educational/academic background
- Industry experience
- Experience of teaching
- Experience of training and professional development (both as a participant and a facilitator)
- Standard of answers to the “key questions” at the end of the application form.
