Thank you for applying to become a trainer/instructor for Learning Experience International (Leex). The process to become a Learning Experience International (Leex) trainer/instructor comprises four stages:

Completion of the application form
Preparing your CV in our format (Please Click Here to Make a Copy)/ Sending your Cv
Introduction Meeting
Evaluation Process
Time Limited/ Project Based Contract

As this is a selection process, we cannot guarantee that you will reach stage 3, 4 or 5.

This is a guide to explain the process and you will have guidance about how to complete your CV in our CV template.

Criterias

Instructor Evaluation Criterias

This instructional criteria set provides a standard vocabulary for learning to assist companies in developing high-quality instructional practices.

We will evaluate potential trainers/instructors at Stage 1 of the process according to the following broad criteria:

General educational/academic background
Industry experience
Experience of teaching
Experience in training and professional development (both as a participant and a facilitator)
Answers to the “key questions” at the end of the application form.

Demonstrating effective teaching practices.
Recognizing the learning requirements of individual delegates and designing tactics to meet those needs.

Thank you for your interest in our services. We would appreciate it if you would complete the registration form below. Your details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be published on our website. There are currently over 100+ professionals (we can call them “instructors”) registered on our system.

After you fill out the form, it will be reviewed and you will receive an email with further instructions. Your CV will also assist us in assessing your eligibility for other potential courses. We highly recommend that you use our CV Template and upload it to the system in Word format.

Your CV may only be shared with potential clients upon request. If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Important Note: We have a large pool of instructors. When assigning programs, we give priority to locally available instructors first (namely Turkey or London) for financial and logistical reasons. However, if a program is to be conducted in your country of residence or your expertise is very specific and in demand, we may contact you in the future. We hope you understand and appreciate this.
